What happens if I forget my passphrase?

Because encryption is zero-knowledge, we can't reset it. You can set up a recovery key when you create a vault — print it, store it safely, and it will unlock the vault if you ever lose your passphrase.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Upgrades are prorated instantly; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you never lose paid time.

Is there a nonprofit or education discount?
